One leg was damaged with two rounded corners and a gouged area missing material. New material was added.

Material was sanded and shaped back. Radiuses were restored.

The repaired leg was reattached.

The table was sanded back flush. Moldings and turnings were reshaped.

The original guide rails were worn, grooved and out of alignment.

New guide rails were fabricated, installed and waxed.

The original drawer was missing. A new drawer was fabricated utilizing a stopped dado and guide rail system.

Here the new drawer is being fitted along the guide rails.

Preparation for spraying.

Table has been prime coated twice and smaller voids refilled in preparation for topcoats.

The table after three coats of oil enamel.

Custom drawer face has been installed on to the drawer case.

Drawer install complete with a stop tab attached to the back of the drawer case.

Completion of the table restoration - rebuild. Asian motif enamel top with extendable leaves has been reassembled.
