The stucco surface of this row home was in poor condition.  There was uneven patchwork, mildew, and it had been previously painted with a non-masonry specific coating.  The aluminum trim flashing was chalking and spotty.   A high-grade exterior bonding enamel was used on the trim.  After power washing the stucco was coated twice with an elastomeric product.  This allows the stucco to breath and move with humidity differences during the year.
